Cancellation Fee

I don’t have a Cancellation Fee

I don’t like charging a cancellation fee, I just don’t like taking money for doing nothing. If you don’t want to do the lesson, just give me a call and we can arrange another time or send me a text. It’s not a big deal for me.

I however do mind when people make a booking and don’t cancel, so when I show up at their door, there are not home.

I also do mind when people call up and say there are sick 10~30minutes before the lesson, because I’m already on my way to them or am parked outside cause the people before them cancellated

And always people tend to cough as they say, “ I’m not felling to well”.

So please call, text or email me before the lesson and let me know.


Solution:
Sending a text message to all of my students in the morning, so if someone does cancel it’s all ok. But then of the days I don’t sent a text message, that’s when I get cancellations.

Rain, fog and night:
Rain is only water…I personally don’t like driving in the rain or at night.
